DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Drive from Dehradun to Sankri
(190 km | 7–9 hrs)
Scenic drive via Mussoorie and Kempty Falls. Witness panoramic views of the Himalayas en route.
Overnight Stay: Sankri.
Day 2: Sankri to Dharkot (Drive) – Trek to Cheludgad / Seema (8 km trek)
A short drive to Dharkot followed by a trek through pine forests, rivers, and remote Garhwali villages.
Altitude: 2,560 m | Overnight Stay: Camps/Guesthouse at Cheludgad or Seema.
Day 3: Trek from Cheludgad to Har Ki Dun (12 km)
Ascend through alpine terrain and forest trails with majestic views of Swargarohini and Hata Peak.
Altitude: 3,566 m | Overnight Stay: Camp at Har Ki Dun.
Day 4: Explore Har Ki Dun Valley
Day hike to scenic spots like Jaundhar Glacier, Manida Tal, or Haru Ka Danda. A photographer’s paradise!
Overnight Stay: Camp at Har Ki Dun.
Day 5: Trek from Har Ki Dun to Rainbasera Camp (7 km)
Descend through lush meadows alongside the Ruinsara River with incredible views of untouched landscapes.
Altitude: 3,200 m | Overnight Stay: Camp at Rainbasera.
Day 6: Explore Ruinsara Tal – Gateway to Bali Pass & Black Peak
Trek to the serene Ruinsara Lake – a hidden Himalayan gem nestled below snow-covered peaks. Return to Rainbasera.
Trek Distance: 16 km (round trip) | Overnight Stay: Rainbasera Camp.
Day 7: Rainbasera to Gangad – Drive to Sankri (14 km trek + drive)
Descend via Devsu Bugyal, crossing wooden bridges and village trails.
Overnight Stay: Hotel in Sankri.
Day 8: Drive from Sankri to Dehradun (190 km | 7–9 hrs)
Enjoy the return journey with unforgettable mountain memories.
Trip ends in Dehradun by evening.
